BCAA’s (branched amino acids): they are composed of the three essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. These three amino acids constitute approximately 33% of our skeletal muscle and play a fundamental role in multitude biological processes in the body. The most important for athletes is that they are essential in protein synthesis, that means, help to increase muscle mass due to the production of amino acids and proteins in cells.

Glutamine (Kyowa Quality®): the most abundant amino acid in our body, which has multiple properties, among which stand out helps to repair and regenerate damaged muscle tissue after an intense training, helps to reduce the fatigue effects, helps to strengthen our immune system and has anti-catabolic properties.
