BEST ALC DMI is an ultra-concentrated formula based on Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Methionine and Vitamin B1.

Acetyl L-carnitine or ALCAR is the most recognized ester of L-carnitine. It shares the same properties as L-carnitine, although it has some peculiarities, it is the most effective form of L-carnitine in order to protect the nervous system since it is able to cross the barrier that separates the bloodstream from the central nervous system.

Acetyl L-carnitine has the ability to improve the metabolism of mitochondria. It helps to transport efficiently the fatty acids from adipose tissue to the interior of the cellular mitochondria, where they are oxidized and converted into energy. This results in a healthy weight loss. The main difference with L-carnitine is that Acetyl L-carnitine can transfer its acetyl group, which is used in the Krebs cycle for energy.
